The LARPVerse operates through Whop.

Your account, billing, subscription management, payment processing and certain platform functionality are provided by Whop.

By using The LARPVerse you also agree to Whop's:

If these Terms conflict with Whop's platform requirements, Whop's platform rules control platform operations while these Terms govern your relationship with Michael Hills and The LARPVerse.

Everything remains property of Michael Hills unless otherwise stated.

4. Community Expectations

We're building one of the best fandom communities on the internet.

Help us keep it that way.

Members may not:

• Harass others
• Threaten anyone
• Discriminate
• Spam
• Sell unrelated products
• Promote scams
• Upload malware
• Attempt to hack services
• Share pirated content
• Share another member's private information
• Create fake accounts
• Circumvent bans
• Impersonate Michael Hills or moderators
• Disrupt livestreams
• Exploit bugs
• Use bots without permission

If you make Gotham worse...

...you may lose your membership.

5. AI Assistant

The Michael Hills AI Assistant is designed for entertainment, education and community engagement.

It is not:

• Legal advice
• Medical advice
• Financial advice
• Investment advice
• Mental health counseling
• Emergency assistance
• Professional consulting

Responses generated by AI may occasionally be inaccurate.

Always verify important information before relying on it.

6. User Content

You own the content you create.

However...

By posting inside The LARPVerse you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce and distribute your content within the community for the purpose of operating and promoting The LARPVerse.

That allows us to:

• Display posts
• Quote comments
• Feature fan artwork (with attribution whenever practical)
• Highlight memes
• Create recap videos
• Share community screenshots

without creating legal headaches.

7. Fan Creations

We LOVE fan creativity.

You're welcome to create:

• Fan art
• Memes
• Cosplay
• Reaction videos
• Fan theories
• Edits
• Community content

Please don't imply official partnerships or attempt to sell counterfeit merchandise using Michael Hills' name, logos or branding.

8. Intellectual Property

Michael Hills owns (or licenses) The LARPVerse branding including:

• The LARPVerse name
• Logos
• Graphics
• Website design
• Videos
• Training materials
• Original artwork
• Original writing
• Community resources

Nothing here transfers ownership to members.

9. Batman / DC Disclaimer

Michael Hills is an independent creator.

The LARPVerse is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with DC Comics, Warner Bros. Discovery, Batman, or any related intellectual property owners.

References to fictional characters are used for commentary, parody, fandom and entertainment purposes where applicable.

10. Giveaways

Any giveaway will have its own Official Rules.

Those rules control that promotion.

11. Merchandise

Physical products may occasionally be sold.

Shipping times are estimates.

Colors may vary.

Limited editions may never be reproduced.

Livestreams may be recorded.

By participating you understand your:

13. Refund Policy

or any behavior that substantially harms other members or The LARPVerse.

Termination may occur without prior notice where necessary to protect the community.

15. No Guarantees

We can't promise:

• viral success
• social media growth
• business success
• career opportunities
• or specific outcomes from participating.

We're here to entertain and build an amazing community—not to guarantee results.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Michael Hills and The LARPVerse shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the community, even if advised such damages were possible.

17. Indemnification

If your actions create legal problems for us...

...you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Michael Hills, The LARPVerse and their affiliates to the fullest extent permitted by law.

These Terms may evolve too.

We'll update the Effective Date whenever significant changes occur.

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Clark County, Nevada, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
